I have purchased one vehicle through this dealership, and have been overall fairly satisfied with them. They are for the most part very reasonable and respectful. We really love the car we bought from them. We had a great experience buying the car.... though today we had a bit of an unprofessional conversation with the mechanic when we went to have the oil changed today and he was pretty rude . So that is why I gave 3 stars rather than 5.
The car we are trying to buy from him does have a few issues wrong with it yes but that is expected with used cars other than that it’s a great car lot to get a used car at when we first got ours it came with 3 free oil change that are done in house we set there for our first one maybe 15 minutes so far the car has been good he at least tries to work with you on things
Just bought a car from them and they were so quick with the process! And you couldn’t beat the price of the car! Definitely will continue to go back!
Lady on the phone was very disrespectful, I was simply asking if they had two car brands, and she was very rude saying “we had those in the past but we don’t now” and after I ask about a Honda she just straight up told me to go to there website and that they didn’t have a Honda, very rude and didn’t sound like they where happy at all and could be nicer saying “sorry we do not right now, if you like you can go to our website and see if you find a car you might like, I hope you have a nice day!” But instead I got a “bye” could... read more
