John has completed two flooring projects for us and we are thrilled with the results. The second project was completed using engineered oak left over from the first project. We stored the extra wood under the house for 7 years, not a good idea. The boards had expanded. We couldn’t replace them as the Austrian company no longer ships to the States. They sanded each board to make it work. The floor looks fantastic! Everything fits up perfectly against the flooring installed in 2017. Looks like it was all done at the same time.

The 26 year old oak flooring in my kitchen was so ready for a refinishing and when Crow’s was done it really was beautiful. The rest of the flooring in my bungalow is red oak. John made a notable effort to tint the new floor so it has a hint of the red oak color. Very satisfied.
