A tall skinny massager stole $150 from me today. When asked for the money back, she shouted at me and drove me away. Having already paid the shop, had no choice but to let another staff massage me. I’ve reported it to Fair Trading for a refund.

Come on, are you real? If any person with healthy mind read what you wrote at least will laugh, you are exposing yourself a lot by saying this. Definitely you have mix your customers or you are confuse. I had a booking that's all and I have only one number. Wow, that's exactly what bad customer service is as I have wrote.
