Nothing has changed to the hot/cold customer service at this true mom/pop service provider. After several years of avoiding this company, and in no part based on the more recent reviews, I called the company to check about doing some marine service work. I assume it was Jackie that just now answered the phone based on the other review that mentions the owners names, but the woman who answered the phone was rude and did not seem to have an ounce of customer service.
