I think I must be any dentists worst patient, I have an adverse reaction to anything touching the roof or back of my mouth. Dr Marc Sandler and his assistant where incredibly tolerant and helpful getting me through the dental procedure. I'm very grateful for their calmness and tolerance.
I booked my appointment specifically with my regular dentist and even took time off work to attend. However, when I arrived, I was seen by a different dentist without any prior notice or explanation. This is not acceptable. Patients should be informed in advance or given the option to reschedule. This was quite disappointing, especially from a clinic I had previously trusted. Called to request a quote as a new patient and the receptionist put the phone down on me
Recently been to Dr Patricia Wong, by far the best dentist I've seen. Had to have a filling and it was a really easy process, everything explained really clearly and not really any discomfort at all, so much better than past dentist experiences. Recommended to everyone now.
