Really thorough, caring staff who communicate well and show a high level of care for my pets 🩷
Can't recommend this clinic enough. Have been going for 3 years now. Our greyhound even wags going in the door. When he needed emergency care, the vets and nurses went above and beyond. Cannot express how much of a relief it is to knowing he had and has that level of care. Our daughter loves the clinic cat too. We have to stop every time we walk past to visit him.
It was only after taking our dog to another vet clinic after seeing 3 different vets here that we realised how poor the quality of service & care is at Crows Nest Veterinary Hospital. The initial vet we saw here was friendly but she didn’t improve our dog’s condition. The 2 subsequent vets here did not bother to read our dog’s history & continued to prescribe the same treatment regime that was not working.
