I have been a patient at Crownview Medical Group in Coronado for over 3 years. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, professional and kind. My psychiatrist, Christina, is a great listener and has done a phenomenal job helping me find treatments suitable for me. The front office staff including Betty-Jo, Erica, Ana and Ariana have been supportive in navigating prescription refills and scheduling appointments. Receptionist Ariana is *terrible*, and the communication is off but the providers themselves are great. Attentive, thorough, and well informed.
pros: - making an appointment was quick cons: - the nurse practitioner (who is not a psychiatrist) did not make me feel heard. tried to imply that my attention issues were affected by my sleep patterns (I get a full night's rest every night, the times I go to sleep can vary though, basically a completely non relevant issue; biphasic sleep patterns exist all over the world since forever). - insisted on starting a medication from a class of meds that have a demonstrated history of not working for me (epinephrine modulators). -... read more

They keep us waiting 30-60 minutes every time we come here because they forget to thaw the medication we need. It’s ortageous, get your shit together please people.
