I’ve been a client for years! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is so inviting . I was a relaxer girly but since going natural with Kiara my hair has been the healthiest it’s ever been (even with going blonde multiple times). They even provide water, coffee and snacks
Remember to only spend your money where you’re being served. This business should be put out. It’s another example of underserving your own community. This is a predominantly black hair salon and they are turning away black clients. I can name the few places we can go on one hand in the Lynchburg area! This is infuriating. You don’t do relaxed services but you now can’t wash and treat my hair because I’m relaxed? What? Businesses like this shouldn’t be running.
I always positive experiences at this salon. Owner is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and talented. Her work helps bring out the true beauty of your crown.
Due to postpartum hair loss I had been terrified to touch my hair but Kiara made me feel confident and comfortable with my hair again
