I been living at logic apartment since nov 2009, i would recomend to all of my late 40s to plus freinds i love it very much,i know people need places to live but you have some living their don,t know how to apreciate and take care of the propety and they their chlidren trash the place if you not careful it will be another project and that you just won,t

I would not advise anyone to move to Baldwin Creek. they have terrible management and in my 12months have had 4 different management companies and rules are constantly changing. There was also 2 gun shooting in the complex.

A well landscaped and maintained apartment complex, with sizes from a small 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom townhouse. The units are affordable because it is government subsidized. That means to be a tenant, you must submit all sorts of financial information. Your rent is based on your income. Also there are frequent inspections and quite a few rules to comply with. Excellent community. They have very large, well maintained units at affordable pricing and one of the friendliest and most helpful staffs around. Their Maintenance team in particular is exceptional. I would highly recommend these Apartments to anyone.
