Crowninshield Management has and continues to provide quality and professional property management services to our Association on the North Shore. The property manager that is assigned to our Association is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Phone calls, e-mails, and communications are always answered in a timely manner. Without hesitation, I would recommend Crowninshield's services.
In 1995 when I purchased this condo, my intentions were to stay here for about five years, then move on. Well, here it is, many moons later and it will be eighteen years in January 2013. At the time, these condo's were only a few years old and they had a new maintenance company to handle things around here. I have had many favorable experiences with Crowinshield to date. They have always prompt reply via phone or email. I've never felt "fluffed" off or dealt with any of the staff (minus one) who had "attitude." It appears that our "Board & Crowinshield work well together & the improvements thus far are apparent.
awful.... cost our community big time!
