I've gotten many styles done at Crowned Kinky Salon (Silk Press, Kinky Twists, Miracle Knots, etc.) and I have been more than happy with the results every single time. The staff is wonderful, the communication leading up to the appointment is great, and the salon itself is clean and beautiful. This is definitely my go-to salon and I absolutely recommend.
Jenay is the best! I’ve been going here for years and because of her expertise my hair is the longest it’s been in a long time. Everytime I get my hair done ( mainly upart wigs) everyone thinks it’s my real hair. 10/10 experience by far!!

As a loyal client of this salon, I feel troubled to even put this review, but I feel it has to be said . today my daughter received the most horrible service from Stacy that we have ever encountered at this salon . This braider really needs to work on her professionalism, her temperament and her emotions. She claimed that my daughter was complaining too much because she wanted her hair a certain way I thought that was the reason for even going to the salon.
