Never again at this place. I booked an appointment for my daughter and we agreed to $240 for the service. Upon getting there as scheduled, she tried to add $40 to the price citing hair length. She didnt have the conversation about paying extra when i booked. Then we made efforts to modify service. She wasnt satisfied with our modifications and continued to add stuff to our service and showed lack of interest. We are supposed have a photo session later today. I called Jenay last minute after my daughter received a bad haircut at another salon, and she was kind enough to take us right away. Jenay was incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle with my 4-year-old. This was my daughter’s first time getting her hair braided, and I was worried a bad first experience might turn her off from braids. Instead, she left happy and said it was “worth it” and that she would go again. Thank you, Jenay, for fitting us in and for being so kind to my baby!
The wash was amazing, but more than that Jenay knowledge about hair is whats gonna keep me coming back. she answer everyone of my many questions with ease and I really appreciate the love she has for her craft.
I've gotten my hair done by Jenay on multiple occasions, and every single time the experience has been amazing. She has done my crochet, silkpress, knotless, blowouts, color, she's done it all and my hair has always come out better than I picture it. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. If your looking for someone that's consistent and talented, I definitely recommend booking with her.
