I appreciate being able to access therapy for underserved faith based women of color like myself. I am comfortable being myself during my sessions because of the cultural sensitivity and inclusion, which is rare and extremely important to me. And not only that, but my therapist is highly skilled and competent. And yes, I prayed beforehand as I was looking for a good therapist, that God would connect me to the right therapist for me.
