Mona did a complete loc surgery on me the SAME week I contacted her she had me booked that Saturday and I drove 3 hours just for her services and WILL do it again. No words... just tears. My hair service was great ! She explained to me thoroughly how the process was going to go. She took me through each step. My locs are now back to normal after being depressed about it for over a year ! I felt comfortable and safe to receive her service having traveled from Florida to NYC. She also provided me some loc tips on how to keep my hair moisturized over time because prior to coming to her I had extreme breakage . All in all it was a great service my parts are clean , nothings slipping 10/10 will recommend.
