The worst place to live at since the management team sucks really bad. The team doesn't pick up calls, provide help, or care for its people even if there is a emergency in the home and things need to be fixed.
The pipe burst open last night and everything in the house flooded including my clothes. The maintenance was called for emergent help but no one picked up the calls and, we were forced to call 911. The maintenance still didn't show up for hours and finally came in the late morning as another leakage started. After that leakage stopped, a third leakage started and caused the bathroom ceiling to come falling down which almost fell on my child who was in the bathroom. I have had nothing but problems since moving to this apartment complex... my vehicle was stolen, the gates barely work, my tubs are peeling, it sometimes takes forever to get a work order completed. Every week I hear about cars being broken into, residents are not alerted about it. I would of never moved to this complex if I had known all how unsafe it really is. Pass this one by. BH Management is horrible, well past horrible. This is a property that you definitely want to stay away from. The grounds are not kept and service requests are not responded to.Bad business
I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems until I gave my notice to move out this year. The first problem was in May when my air conditioner system was COMPLETELY frozen; I called maintenance and they told me that was not an emergency so they didn’t fix it until days later after it “thawed out”..mind you, it was 85 degrees in my apartment and it was not cooling off plus my power bill was higher since the system was frozen and I didn’t know until later. Stay away from this complex after four years I’ve been living there they find me $3000 for not giving them writing vacate notice when my lease is over!! after I talk with them on the phone and I told them that I’m not staying and I do not want to renew my list when they call ask me if I want to renew my list. When I first moved in I enjoyed this place. Now that I have renewed my lease with them it has gotten worse. My toilet leaks still from the move in back in October 2019, my tile was broken on the fireplace, and I’m told after the fact that it will cost around $500 to hook up the gas to my fireplace, the lines have to be inspected outside. The newer tenants drive through the parking lot with loud music and the neighbor suck too. Just move downtown, it’s less noisy.
