Phone reception is horrible almost anywhere inside the hotel.
Hotel makes everything difficult, can't carry your own bag (tip trap), can't byoWine and use their glasses, no free wifi, no "to go" option at lobby restaurant, even when room svc is closed.
great location and good service. Concierge was especially helpful!

Great bathrooms in the second floor lobby. They're not meant to be public, so play it cool.

Best Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in, that's for sure. Skip the hotel restaurant unless you're okay dropping $50 a person for food and drink.
If you're a guest -- the gym is FREE -- the website is wrong. And it's a really good facility.
Grab tea, coffee - pretty darn chilly in these rooms.
