I am extremely disappointed with this supposedly world-class hotel, and I would never recommend a hotel with such disorganized front desk management. I stayed at this hotel from June 9 to June 11. I had a package that arrived on June 8, but whenever I asked about it, the staff insisted that they had never received it. However, according to the UPS tracking information, the package was clearly delivered and received on June 8.
