I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza, and unfortunately my experience was far from comfortable. After checking in, we dropped off our things and headed out to Topgolf, which is conveniently close by. The location and safe parking are honestly the best parts of this hotel. By the time we returned, I was exhausted from a long day and ready to get some rest—but that’s where everything went downhill. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I checked in and went to the room. The air conditioning was not working and the air conditioner water had leaked. I went back to the lobby and changed rooms. This time, the air conditioner in the room was making excessive noise. It was loud enough to wake me up at night. I had asked them to clean the room on the second day but they didn't do it. The hotel is really old now. The location is very good but hotel is very old.

Well received at check-in, no wait. The hotel and room were clean but outdated. Convenient for the proximity of the airport. Expensive parking 24 usd !
