7-26-24. This was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. My flight was cancelled and I was sent there for the night. I arrived after 10 PM and took a long shower and went to sleep. I checked out in the wee hours of the next morning to catch my new flight. I learned a few days later that I had been charged $400 for a smoking violation. No one from the hotel during my stay brought this alleged violation to my attention so I could resolve the mistake. It wasn't disclosed to me at that time I was checking out.... read more
