Great friendly staff especially the breakfast buffet staff. You could probably get new shower heads though 🤣 the current ones are awful.
Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating. On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath. It's in the parking lot of the King of Prussia Mall. They leave that out. Continental breakfast? Sure.. for $15 exxxxtra bucks! No pool. No casino. No spa. No... Anything. Oh, parking. Plenty of that
