Alert! Alert!!! To new guest! Do not reserve any rooms on the 4th floor!!! Sat Aug 9th we found 1 ant near the coffee maker Room 421 Sun Aug 10th we found multiple ants on Coffee Tray. I already drank my coffee!!! I already drank my coffee!! Called the front desk twice (first a woman, 2nd a man). Both times they offered no help!! I asked to be compensated nothing they could do!!!! Visited for a family reunion. The location was perfect, as it was close to the mall and downtown Philadelphia. The hotel was a bit dated and the bathrooms were pretty small. But overall a nice place to stay.
Great experience! The location of the hotel and the cleanliness and comfort of the house are all very good! It is worth mentioning that we brought our children to attend a summer camp for 5 days. We forgot to order breakfast when we booked, and we had to pay a higher amount on site. As a result, the handsome guy Elijah at the front desk helped us solve it perfectly.
