Although it was a pleasant-enough stay, I was bitten by bed bugs and experienced a severe reaction. Contacted management who did offer to comp the stay.
Beds had a substance similar to blood on it. Hole in the wall. Tears in the curtains. And headsets attached to the wall crookedly. Also poor television quality. Overall poor quality rooms.
They let housekeeping take items left in rooms, and make zero attempt to contact owners. They let's guests stink up entire floors with pot smell. (edit: front desk was able to find my item)
Not worth the high price. They aren’t honest, and you name it and it went wrong!
