Excellent stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff on check in were extremely welcoming & provided great spots to visit for lunch and coffee The room was very tidy and I was impressed with the coffee machine, clean robes, bathroom scales - something I wasn’t expecting Coffee in FICO was lovely & I actually had something for breakfast - they were happy to make a small serve for me Overall, a wonderful stay, I will be back

We had a perfect stay at this comfortable hotel with easy tram access to the major attractions of Melbourne. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless and the amenities first class. Highly Recommended accommodation!
