As an IHG member, I’ve stayed at quite a few IHG hotels over the years, and I’ve generally had great experiences. Unfortunately, my stay at Crowne Plaza Carlton Melbourne was disappointing and didn’t live up to the standard I normally expect from the Crowne Plaza brand. Such a group of staff,lovely kind and very very helpful. You feel you are a king/queen here.we had nice small room but clean and very well serviced every day.the restaurant is a chapter by itself. Very delicious foods specially steak and lamb Ragu. I advise try them both.
Nice hotel in a strategic location near University of Melbourne. Very convenient for parking and public transportation. Rooms and beds are large and clean. Air conditioner is quiet and efficient. I didn't have breakfast here but it looks good as well.
Everyone is really good, room was neat nd clean. Service was greater then I expected.
