Excellent customer service, very friendly. I was greeted instantly.
Beds are fabulous; rooms are quiet; but between myself and my colleagues, there were multiple maintenance issues, ranging from mildly annoying to sleep-depriving.
The location rents out rooms for events, and then people are drowning in sweat because the air conditioner (ac) is left at 70 to 72 degrees for a group of about 200 or more people. A TOTAL DISASTER!!
Hotel was fine. Room and hotel were a little warm. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain at all. The shower curtain was hung too short so water does get all on the floor. Staff at checking in were very nice.
Check in was easy and Vanessa and Tamara were so nice and fun to talk with. Came in because A/C was out at my house and couldnt get fixed till the next day. Even stressed these ladies calmed my nerves and gave me and my son a cool place to reset . My son got to enjoy the pool and the workout room. Then we ate a quick dinner at the Hips restaurant the cook Bruce definately know how to do his this food was great. The server Tina was so nice and took great care of us.
