Some rooms are on the small side and are expensive for the river side of the hotel. Some rooms don't have mini-fridges, so check the details if that's important for your trip. I like to have a jug of whole milk on hand for coffee and tea, so a fridge is a must. Fortunately, I brought a small cooler on this trip and am able to keep my milk iced. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Nothing Like the Photos We booked this hotel through Expedia based on the photos and the rating, but what we found was completely different. The pictures are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel looked old, poorly maintained, and nowhere near as clean or comfortable as advertised. The most revolting Hotel experience I have had in 30 years. The photos shown on the website are in no way similar to the hotel. It is tired and run down and filthy everywhere. The scum on the tile walls in the shower and the completely rusted over valve and shower rod made the thought of a shower just gross. The mold spot son the ceiling and the filthy carpet in the rooms made me keep my shoes on non stop. This place is dated, lights barely work, wallpaper was peeling off, staff is rude, they weren’t even able to check me out because their internet was down. They told me I will receive an email with the receipt of the stay, and now more than 24 hours later I have not received anything. House cleaning came twice during the week I was there.
