Only good thing about this place is possibly the location and Ms Ezzy from the breakfast lounge..oh and free cookie they offer you at check-in. My experience - had a late check-in and after changing rooms twice I gave up because I was too tired to keep going downstairs to the lobby to explain to the lady who seemed unbothered by my complaint on the room. I came for the job fair today and accidentally entered the wrong parking. I was messing with rage from the gentleman telling everyone where the free parking was. There was another guest that heard the encounter. I apologized politely and made sure I told the gentleman, as I was pulling out, that he had been very malicious and threatening, even though I moved without issue or argument. Only apologizing. If I could give 1 star I would this is not a Hilton brand it is disgusting smells bad and has a lot of structural issues its falling a part I stayed 1 night for my birthday and my birthday was ruined never again I will reach out to the Hilton corporate about this issue.
This is probably the dirtiest and most run-down hotel I’ve ever stayed in—especially for a DoubleTree. Honestly, it’s a disgrace to the Hilton name. The location on the river is perfect, and the lobby gives you the impression that you’re checking into a nice hotel. But once you enter the rooms, it’s a completely different story.
