Used toiletries in the bathroom. No coffee in the room. Very old and well used furnishings. The mattress and pillows were the best part of the stay. The lobby is nice enough. People were okay but acted like they were doing us a favor by provided what was supposed to be included. Skip this one if you’re expecting Crowne Plaza. More like Red Roof.
Promised the wedding party to pick everyone up and left us at the venue till almost midnight and never picked us up. The absolute worst experience we’ve had do to their shuttle “mix up”. Can’t ever rely on this company.
It was well worth the price! Beautiful pool area. Right by Jacksonville airport and Interstate 95.
It suck when you stay somewhere you pay for parking to like really..
