I just checked into the hotel tonight (Sunday 02/08/26) and went up to my room in the 1st tower, 4th floor. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a wonderful and refreshing aroma! The room was immaculate, and whoever cleaned this room did outstanding job! I am impressed, and I would also love to know what scent/aroma/freshner was used to create this atmosphere because I want to buy it!

Mykalah at the front desk was very professional and helpful. In particular, she was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the parking QR code which was not very user friendly. She put a smile on my face.
We stayed at this crowne plaza the night before our cruise. Our flight into jacksonvile was early in the day and Stephanie was able to get us into a room before check in time. Which was very appreciated as we had been up since 2am that day and needed the rest. The lady at the bar was very accommodating getting me hot water for my tea and keeping the surf sides coming for my husband. This hotel is great they took great care of me while being stuck due to a storm up north they accommodated my needs and were so kind heart the lady at the front desk said to me good morning beautiful and made me smile during my frustrating times trying to get home thank you for everything yes the rooms are very clean and the evening staff is very kind as well
