All in all a good hotel for a couple of days vacation or overnight stay before an early flight the next day. In close proximity to the airport and I 95, makes it ideal for a quick getaway. It has a gym, with basic equipment and a bar/restaurant on site. Check in was quick and helpful, have ever I was overcharged $50 (price was $235) my card was lifted for $285. Room is decent size and shower is hot and adequate. Bed is big, but mattress way to soft for me. I had a great stay and will be back again one day.
Shadreka and Lawrence the front desk clerks were amazing people. Me and wife enjoyed our stay. Will come again from Orlando.
Something has gone wrong here I travel for work and I’ve been on a extended stay at the crown plaza in Jacksonville the cleaning staff is horrible Ive asked for the bed linen to be changed over a week ago and still have the same linen floors not vacuumed my toilet was clean when I left came back that night to a black ring around the toilet and a nasty stain on the floor I left on Friday morning came back Sunday night to a still dirty room with the same linen trash still in cans sad to see such a nice place go down hill becau... read more
Me and my husband finished our 5 days of wondering around Florida in Jacksonville. We enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza. Special shout out to the lovely front desk clerk Sanddreka. She is so friendly and by she being so beautiful make the hotel look even better. Lawrence was amazing also. We will definitely make this our only hotel of choice whenever we're in Jacksonville. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
