i booked the bayview room back in March for September , i called yesterday to extend my stay and they told me my room had been cancelled, i then asked them why because i didn’t cancel it they couldn’t tell me why until today when they said because i didn’t pay for the room, when i left a card number ect when booking over the phone the manager also showed us around when it first opened and said we can pay on arrival. i didn’t get any email saying it had been cancelled or anything so if i didn’t call i would have been at the h... read more

Lift very slow. can't handle large groups moving bw breakfast and floors. room service non existent. stairs locked and so jad to wait 25 minutes to go bw 1st floor and ground floor

Must be the best hotel in Geelong. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, bed is comfortable, views are great, location is great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Will stay here whenever I'm in town.
