This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Not sure how people are complaining. Upon entering, the premises were impeccably clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, even preparing our room ahead of schedule so our children could enjoy their time indoors (swimming) during a cold weather and miserable rainy day outside. A couple of my relatives stayed here. As per their experience, rooms, services and location are excellent. However, the breakfast is awful.

We had a fabulous staycation at Crowne Plaza Geelong. We had 2 king bay view rooms and the view was amazing. Staff were very nice and always happy to help. Great location, valet parking, clean rooms and a good size pool that is open until late. Buffet breakfast was also good.

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel has a good location and the customer service was good. The room was a little small, and the rooms felt quite close together. The shower was operational but could use some maintenance and a more thorough clean. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the room next door. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
