DO NOT GO THERE!!! They cannot be trusted! They have a no show policy and cancel your room. I'm a VICTIM of it! My stay booked May 22- May 24. I arrived May 23 and was told canceled due to NO SHOW. Photo shows proof I called and told them May 17!! So far no money back! Drove 3 hours back home and will miss rest of soccer tournament.🤬 ZERO refund so far! Best hotel in the area. Period. How many hotels around here have double insulated walls AND doors. Yes, I like to keep the TV and lights on while I sleep. I was once kidnapped on Norwegian Breakaway in 2015, so to me, my sense of safety is vital and this place, the location, the over encompassing ambience has more than exceeded my expectations. The hotel is well kept, the staff are very professional, and the rooms are very clean. I only wished I didn’t have to go downstairs to get my food. P.s. please visit a hotel in China.... read more
