All I gotta say is Connie in Sales and Events is a godsend. She literally has saved this event coming up for us in so many ways. Her care, kindness, follow up, and follow through is exceptional. If all hotels were run by someone like Connie… Traveling would be so much more enjoyable and worthwhile. Thank you, thank you Connie!
The hotel was quit large with an atrium in the center of it. Our king size room was a good size. I used a black light to see how clean the room was and to my surprise it was extremely clean. The breakfast could have had a little more choices, but it was better than nothing at all. We had the bacon cheeseburger from the restaurant it was really good. We would definitely stay there again.
Came here and I've gotten breakfast a couple of times. Stay here quite often. But Gee's breakfast is getting terrible these days I understand it's continental and it's free but oatmeal and bread for breakfast. It's not a real breakfast if you're looking for a real breakfast don't go here. And they Hound you for your ticket like you're going to walk off of the streets to go have breakfast there.
This hotel has always had some issues but we make it work since it’s close to family. We just left after a 2 night stay and we are beyond frustrated with the lack of care towards their paying guests. They had a wedding going (totally fine) but they are BLARING music so loud that it sounded like they were in our hotel room. I called to ask how long the party was and they said the music would be going until 11pm (an hour after quiet time). Excellent experience. My husband had an outpatient test at 7 am this morning at John Muir Hospital, he is a former Airborne Ranger and refuses to be late for any appointment. The Concord Plaza Hotel is ideally situated for this former soldier. The rooms are large and the King Bed provided a great night sleep for him. We made it to his appointment in 7 minutes. I think I actually saw him smile as we pulled into the parking lot. Thank you for the Excellent Service especially the check in process. First class service.
