My name is Kristen commander I stayed at this hotel from 9-3-26 to 9-5-26. I paid for my room In full before I checked in. They told me the security deposit at check in was $50, I was charged $200. I notified the front desk staff they told me it was a mistake it will comeback to me and I understand mistakes happen so I enjoy the rest of my stay.
