This hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards. No room service, no clean towels, and management avoided responsibility. Extremely disappointing! I strongly recommend changing your staff before your ratings drop to 2.2 stars. From the first day, I requested room service, but they ignored me for my entire stay. I personally asked every day and even spoke to both hotel managers. One of them, Jorge Alzate, was very rude and completely unprofessional. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time staying at the Sonesta ! Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest !
