Alex is a wonderful bartender with class and his hospitality and kindness is amazing. He is very attentive and very professional.
Didn't realize its a kind of upscale hotel, so its very nice. But no free parking or free breakfast
Was charged the 50.00 per day deposit for two days, and it overdrew the account I had to use due to an emergency. I was assured they just needed card and account WILL NOT be charged. I called and they said they were wrong for charging account but there is nothing they are going to do about the fees. The 100 was returned back to accnt several days later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and rooms are garbage—dirty and unmaintained. NEVER stay there!!!!
