Very clean rooms and bathroom. No free breakfast, can pay $30 for the buffet in their restaurant. Front desk lady is rude, night and day, and AC stayed on 61 all night, no way of adjusting it. Other then that, clean, I felt safe, nice and quiet. Smelled good also!
The rooms and lobby are clean and trendy, giving the impression of a four-star hotel. However, there is no room service, no hotel staff changing sheets or towels, and a very unfriendly front desk.
Brandi was so kind and helpful at the front desk when I checked in on the morning of May 2. Spirit had just ceased operations and she helped me check in early so I could finally get some sleep after spending the night rebooking my trip and flying out earlier than I had planned. Thank you Brandi!!!
