Apt flooding due to stopped up drains an apt upstairs woukdnt quit running water...they've been there maybe 4 weeks an have had to have maintenance come about 4 times already over issues...not worth yhe money my grandson pays !!!! Justa a jike honestly
While the apartment itself is alright, there seems to be little to no insulation. During the summer your AC WILL NOT stop running. I set mine relatively high at 75 and it never brought the apartment below 80. I switched to a single room AC and even an 8000 BTU cannot cool a single bedroom because so much heat is leeching in through the ceiling. You can feel it if you put your hand near it. First floor may be fine, but steer clear of second.
Office staff and maintenance are all great. The property itself serves a purpose. It's an adequate place to live. However, I wouldn't live here again. The foyer area of my building consistently smelled like cat urine and cigarette smoke. My upstairs neighbors would let their dog run from room to room throughout the whole day and night, vaccum and move heavy furniture at 1am. Dear noble view, please I ask kindly, please fix your driveway. I have damaged two tires on my vehicle now delivering food to your tenants due to excessive potholes in your driveway. A new tire for my vehicle is on average of $275 each. I have had replace 2 now due to this issue. So please fix your driveway. I can't afford to keep replacing tires because you can't maintain your property. Thank you
If you want to hear dogs barking all morning and night then this is the perfect place. Not to mention walking on your back patio and finding dog poo all around your area.
