I’ve been living here for about a year now. No complaints whatsoever when it comes to management or the building. Whenever a maintenance request is put in they complete it with no issues & the maintenance people are always so nice. The management is very understanding and kind as well.

I’ve lived here coming up on 3 years now and honestly have no complaints. I’ve transferred units 3 times now, upgrading each time to a bigger unit, and everything has always gone smoothly. Gas, water, and trash removal are included in the rent price and my electric bill has never been over $100. Alesha and Theresa in the leasing office are so sweet and I couldn’t ask for a better management team, truly! Maintenance is always on top of their tickets and Billy is our favorite! Apt flooding due to stopped up drains an apt upstairs woukdnt quit running water...they've been there maybe 4 weeks an have had to have maintenance come about 4 times already over issues...not worth yhe money my grandson pays !!!! Justa a jike honestly
