Visited family here.. The maintenance is super slow, i mean 1 year plus slow to fix anything. They overcharge for a 3 bedroom. Sure the deposit is low but that's to wheel you in. If you end up with a problem they will overlook it, make snide comments while in your home, be snoopy thru your personal belongings , and act like they are startled when caught. The service here is excellent Teresa in the office did everything she could do to make my move in very smooth Very friendly staff .
I’ve been living here for about a year now. No complaints whatsoever when it comes to management or the building. Whenever a maintenance request is put in they complete it with no issues & the maintenance people are always so nice. The management is very understanding and kind as well.
