nice service I myself haven't been here, but I know a lot of people who have and have had great experiences. It is highly recommended for repairs.
AVOID Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I prepaid for a repair, and when I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me again because they lost track of my payment. I was then berated and accused of lying in front of a full store. All over $8.00. The staff and the owner were extremely rude and unprofessional in handling the situation. I certainly will never bring my business here again and I warn you to avoid Crowne Jewelers at all costs... RecommendedWith the Pandemic going on Crowne Jewelers is taking every precaution to make sure every customer is wearing a mask and it is by appointment only right now. Other then that the service is phenomenal with a great selection of jewelry and Roger is very helpful,Kind, and knowledgeable about whatever it is I had a question about. Absolutely amazing - I can’t say enough just how happy I am with the ring Roger did for me - others told me it couldn’t be done, but he did it and it’s amazing. So friendly, professional, and prices are reasonable!

We stopped in to have my fiancé’s wedding band sized, and looked at some engagement ring/wedding bands for myself. Going in, we had very little knowledge of diamonds, and how they are graded, etc., but Roger took us and literally broke everything down, and really made us feel comfortable! He answered every question, and didn’t pressure us into anything! I can’t find enough positive things to say, except how we look forward to working with him more in the future!
