Taken full advantage of upon leaving and stuck with huge bill. Never late on payments and left the place spotless. Come to find out that I'm stuck with the bill for new carpets because of apparent dog urine that was found where a coffee table used to be? Find somewhere better or pay the consequences. Pet deposit wasn't even considered. Paint jobs here are to cover up the mold issues along with epoxy for real renovation jobs. Consider somewhere else just read Wes Eubanks review via yelp and Google.
I have been here since Dec. 2013 and I love it. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. I would recommend to anyone.
This is the best apartment complex ever!!!
