UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR: Editing my review to reflect the fact the Smith Douglas continued to be great and easy to work with throughout our first year. All of our few warranty requests were addressed quickly. We had only a few minor issues, and most were to be expected. Breanna was fantastic to work with! Kept us up to date on every step of the build and made every step easy and simple.
Breanne was informative and amazing through the entire process. So was Joe. They didn’t mind that we were at the house checking on the progress every weekend. My husband and I are extremely happy with our home. Edit: I do wanna say that we came across this neighborhood by accident and were happy our gps sent us the way that it did.
