This was a wonderful building 20 years ago. Now some welfare nursing program has taken it over. If you enjoy overhearing loud cell phone calls and and poor property management this is is the place for you. Electric car chargers don’t work. Broken concrete. Numerous empty units for a reason. Great location though. Reason for 2 stars.

There are Spotted Lanternflies EVERYWHERE - I had an appointment nearby and got to watch people ducking them in the parking lot and stomping them near entrances. They've infested the magnolia trees and need to be addressed. Long term, milkweed would be a good native to plant to encourage beneficial insects (and it's toxic to SLF). Kudos to all the customers and employees taking care of business!
Great building. Anyone that lives in the Northeast, OH area knows this building. It's a great place to visit.
