Five stars to Brad and his installation team, Juan, Mario and Antoine for yesterday's installation. This was the third time I have used Crowne in the past 10 yrs. They installed updated Sonos equipment, and (per Brad's professional advice) altered the locations and types of speakers catering to our specific needs. I highly recommend Crowne and will continue to use them in the future for any of our music and audio needs. Also, a specific shout-out to Juan for his additional guidance on Airplay and Sonos Voice Control!!

Crowne Audio has restored my faith in hi end audio stores. I am an average Joe with not much disposable income who has been treated poorly in other stores. Not so with Crowne. I told them I was just visiting from out of town and just wanted to see the store and listen to some music.
