This is one apartment complex you need to steer clear of. I moved out today. In the eight years I lived there I saw several management changes and a recent ownership change. Formerly the "Crowne at Razorback" this property was sold earlier this year and renamed "The Spectrum". The property has really gone downhill since then and an apparent exodus has begun.
