General Manager is so RUDE. Parking is horrible and they tow RESIDENTS to prove a point. With issues are expressed Catherine acts with no concern and an attitude. Gates are always broken which is a “SAFETY AND HEALTH” concern. I’ve seen many car break ins and suspicious people sneak in from the trace. Flys come out of the drain and the breeze ways need to be pressure washed. This place is nasty for this much in rent. People keep scrolling!
Friendly People, New Management My husband and I have lived here for 1.5 years now, and just renewed our lease for another year. We love the community, but it's definitely a young person's paradise, with a mixture of undergrad students, grad students, and young professionals starting their careers. Pet friendly, but lacks fenced in areas that you can let your pet off leash (so a handful of us have started getting together every night to let our dogs play in the largest field available, much to the chagrin of management).
