I've lived here for about eight months so far, so my opinion may change depending on how the move-out process goes—we’ll see. Management is completely dishonest. They are only kind when they are trying to get you locked into a lease and completely ignored you after that. There is trash everywhere along the lining of the lake to the point it negatively affects the wildlife. Fish hook, needles from drug addicts, even tampons have been down there. Completely unsanitary, and disrespectful to the habitat. The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because the maintenance men are wonderful human beings. Enjoyed a great tour of this apartment with Milton! They were great and I highly recommend everyone check out this complex. So many character features in the apartments like fireplaces and tons of natural light !
High prices and no trash valet. Some of the staff is very nice. But overall, many of the staff could use a class in customer service and manners. It’s sad and unnecessary. Because after they sent a barrage of snarky texts, I simply made a suggestion: that they could use a class in customer service and manners. 🤨 Show some respect!
