The office staff treated a family member poorly who I recommended apply there based on my positive experience a few years ago. Milton, their leasing consultant was rude, belligerent and terribly unprofessional. She even violated fair housing laws! A complaint was made to regional management but no apology was ever offered, just a refund. Milton and Becky miscalculated the income and denied the application and when it was questioned, that's when the hostility by Milton ensued. Move here if you are okay with getting wild, outrageous, ridiculous and unreasonable charges once you move out. Live here if you want your car broken into because the security gate wasn’t working.
The reviews about them ripping you off after you move out is so true. I stayed here a little over two years. Six weeks after I moved out, I was hit with charges for things that had normal wear and tear. Everywhere else I’ve lived in Greensboro never had charges for normal wear and tear. I was never late on a payment - I paid early. They really do not care about you once u leave. They treat great tenants as if they were bad tenants.
