Pete James was excellent. Well worth the 500 mile trip (past countless others VW dealers) to work with Pete since he was so straightforward and made the process simple and stress free.
I’ve waited a few years to leave a review to make an honest one based of having the car for a good amount of time. I bought a Crown certified Passat in December of 2016. The car has been a rock solid vehicle every day since then. No issues whatsoever. Sale went smooth and I drive 45 mins to this specific dealer to take care of my maintenance needs. If I choose to get another VW it will be from here.
