I bought a CPO car here. Stephanie was very helpful from the first phone call with additional photos and info, and facilitating a test drive from a local coworker as I was buying from out of state. They kept on schedule during the pick up process as well and didn't drag it out unnecessarily like I've experienced elsewhere. The car was in great shape with an impressive list of service done before they listed it.
My experience was a good one. Transparency from my salesman, and it was a quick experience which i appreciated. I would recommend Crown and Eugene as a salesman to my friends.
I can't say enough good things about Crown Volkswagen. I had a 2020 Atlas cross sport, which had 191,000 thousand miles on it. I saw on the web they still had 2024 for sale as new with great rebates. I took my car in for a trade and with in 4 hours drove away with my new 2024 Atlas cross sport Sel R line. Everyone is so helpful and personable.
