The employee let us know that insurance would cover the full cost of frames and lenses. HOWEVER, we were only allowed ones from the secret drawers of shame! Unlike the "regular" glasses, these are kept in a 7 drawer black tower . There is a VERY limited selection. I had a 9:40 appt and I arrived at 9:30 to complete paperwork. Initially, the appt went very smoothly but I ended up sitting in the chair waiting over 30-40 minutes for the eye doctor after the initial screening. That's too long to have to wait with an appt. Not okay!
