Jesica & Wes are top notch! Very prompt and clear in communicating. Timely. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field, and as customer that didn't understand upholstery they took the time to explain the little details of how to make a successful project. The product turned out exactly as they described and we absolutely love it! Would recommend anyone to work with them!
Very impressed with these folks, showed up exactly when they estimated, looked over the job at hand, and did it. Newer Lazyboy sofa just off warranty, and they were no help. Couldn't be more satisfied, excellent job, and quote was what we paid. Even the dogs liked them...
Crown Upholstery was 5 stars from beginning to end. They responded to my online inquiry in a timely manner and with a fair quote. Then Jesica took the time to work through the fabric choice with me which I think looks much better than the fabric the chair originally had! Most importantly, Wes and team are excellent craftsmen/women, making the new cushions fit as well as the original : )
I took a set of four chairs to have the leather replaced. They did an excellent job and I absolutely love them. Jessica and Wes were so great to work with. I highly recommend them
