We were driving cross country when we had an unexpected issue with our vehicle. We exited the highway and stopped by Crown Toyota to see if the service department could fit us in. They looked at our vehicle, provided a fix and got us on our way in an hour despite being busy with their regular customers. A very special thanks to Justin in the service department for saving our family trip!

Recently bought a new Toyota Corolla from Crown. The salesman was David Wilson. Excellent transaction. Naturally, I went in already knowing what my old car was worth in trade and what I should end up paying for a new one (doesn't everybody do that? Internet research is easy). David never tried to upsell me, and I wasn't compelled to buy a car with options I did not want.
