First off I absolutely love Crown. I’ve bought vehicles from Volkswagen and Toyota. Randy was great to work with. Answered all my questions and kind and very personable. I enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from Crown Toyota of Lawrence. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Paul and he was very helpful during our experience. He asked plenty of questions to find out what I was wanting and allowed me lots of space to explore the cars and narrow down what I wanted. Stopped in Yesterday to check out a few vehicles. Was met by Teddy C. a Crown salesman. He could not have been nicer. Very accomidating, educated, professional and willing to change course as quick as we did. Ofcourse the one that we leaned towards sold as we were at the dealership. But Teddy vowed to find us another. Way to go Teddy C. We will be seeing you again. Keep up the great work!
