My kid just had her Toyota Highlander serviced. This Highlander was purchased there and has been serviced at Crown for years. The last time we were charged over $2,000 for a problem that had been “fixed” previously, also for around $2,000. Well, she called today to say the tires that had been rotated and balanced were loose. The Crown mechanic did not take the time to tighten them properly. We are lucky she realized something was wrong before she had a serious accident. AVOID GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED AT CROWN!
Well I'm never going to places like Valvoline ever again. Crown has the shuttle service and live updates with videos of the inspections, which is a game changer. Great experience.
