I work with Escrow and Title Companies everyday, and they are all movers and shakersI and on top of everything they handle, they communicate with their Real Estate Agents, Lenders, etc. This particular Escrow company had terrible customer sevice, little or no communication. Do not use this company to handle your Escrows, you'll be sorry. By the way, my clients were very disappointed also!

I’ve been dealing with Stewart Title fo 30 years and I can assure you they have the finest service,people and coverage in the business. Any other is just trying to imitate their model. You should always insist on using Stewart Title to insure you really own the real estate you bought. 🇨🇱😎🇨🇱

Very poor experience. Badly managed closing. Unprepared and last minute closing problems. Did not return calls. Hope to never use them again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When you finally do get through to them, they can't help you with closing costs because you've actually called their NC state office and, in turn, you have to call someone else. Lady I spoke with tried first directing me to the website instead of helping. It's bad enough having to research closing costs for loans, but it's even worse when you have out-of-state title companies that don't help you!
