Very professional service. Saverio and his team worked and installed the security system in our office and did an amazing job, would definitely recommended it to anyone.
Had issues with the Hikvision system, the lady on the phone was quite rude, the tech they sent wasn't too helpful either. Finally decided to get rid of the whole system, although the manager Saverio was quite helpful and professional on the phone to resolve the issue somehow.
They run a facility that I consult for with over 50 cameras with a lot of activity plus managing users four roller doors. Every time I call, they answer and get things done quickly. When I ask for quotes, they come back within 48 hours or less. If we need footage, they have an excellent service that compiles exactly what we need, and they’re always up to date with their technology stack. The staff are great to deal with and the work is always solid — a really good example of a quality contracting company.
We had fantastic pre and post service from Crown Security with the installation of security cameras at our school. They were very professional and happy to help us out.
