They truly care about their customers!! Highly impressed in their customer service, after our distributor dropped the ball.
Truly unbelievable!! We need to replace just the seat portion on 5 of our stools (all less than 5 years old), and they won’t sell us a replacement seat. They will only sell us a brand new stool. We are having to throw away stools that are less than 5 years old because they won’t send us a replacement seat. To spend this much money for stools and to get that response, my mind is blown.
Hands down, Crown Seating has the best saddle stool and most definitely the BEST customer service in the industry. Thank you so much!

These guys are amazing... we purchased 12 chairs... used them for a few months...decided we did not love them ... and they exchanged them for a new style of chair no questions asked... i was blown away... the best customer service... Kate was awesome!
