I had to break my lease and it cost me a month and a half’s rent which I paid on time. I moved out over 31 days ago and still haven’t received my deposit. The bills for water and trash are split between all the units and are not clear at all. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend living here
I just recently moved out of my apartment at Crown Royal (for reasons unrelated to them at all) and I had a really hard time saying goodbye because the staff there (the manager Lauren, the leasing agent, the maintenance workers) are just all so wonderful. They’re so kind, down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful, etc. etc. and the place is just run so well. From maintenance requests to random questions to just about anything, it was never less than 100%. If and when I move again, I would definitely consider going back... read more
