I could not be more pleased with the work done by Felipe and Felipe. They were a pleasure to work with. If I need to have any future roof repair services I will definately call Crown and request the two Felipes.
Wonderful work! Professional in every way. Would recommend to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. Owner is very responsive and they are very efficient. A big thank you goes out to them.
They installed the roof, supposed to still be under warranty, and it leaks. Called over a week ago, was told someone would be in touch with me within an hour or two. I received no call. Roof is leaking, causing damage. Now when I call them, I immediately get dropped into voicemail. I have called 4 times and not received any response. I filled out a BBB complaint, and this afternoon I am having a different roofing company come out to fix A Crown's mess.
