can you please do something about your tenants parking on the street when they have designated parking places in a parking lot, they make it difficult for the businesses on the street to recieve deliveries from big trucks.

I have lived here for 9 months now and it is awful. they put me in a unit infested with mold and it continues to have high humidity even though they ‘fixed the issue’. i did not have a drawer in my kitchen for over 6 months after moving in because they never placed the order to replace it. wasps are able to get into my apartment through the vents and even though pest control comes monthly, there are ants, bugs, and spiders all around the complex. there are old water leaks stains on the ceiling and around the base boards. the... read more

I have been here since October 2023 and so far I don’t have any complaints other than being to the pool is never open. I have only have to put in a maintenance request twice for minor infractions and both were fixed the next day. It’s quiet other than hearing the 18 wheeler parked next door but over happy and comfortable here. I’m enjoying my experience so far
