Where do I even start? I've lived here for almost a year now and this property has been sold at least 2x. The most recent buyer does not maintain the property at all. Broken glass bottles and trash everywhere. Not to mention, good luck getting the manager out of her office to actually see the problems. I had a drawer fall completely apart and the maintenance man just put a crap ton of silicone on the drawer to pretty much hold it together, instead of actually fixing it. can you please do something about your tenants parking on the street when they have designated parking places in a parking lot, they make it difficult for the businesses on the street to recieve deliveries from big trucks.

I have lived here for 9 months now and it is awful. they put me in a unit infested with mold and it continues to have high humidity even though they ‘fixed the issue’. i did not have a drawer in my kitchen for over 6 months after moving in because they never placed the order to replace it. wasps are able to get into my apartment through the vents and even though pest control comes monthly, there are ants, bugs, and spiders all around the complex. there are old water leaks stains on the ceiling and around the base boards. the... read more
