I’ve had bad renting experiences in the past but the office staff here is very friendly and has made my renting experience fast and easy ! My maintenance work orders have been completed in a timely manner which has been a huge plus and stress reliever !! They really care for their tenants here !!
Crown Ridge offers a room to rent *for FREE* to residents, for birthday parties, baby showers, small parties, etc. It is a beautiful and LARGE room with brick wall (not pictured), refrigerator, air conditioner access & tons of black comfy chairs. Alejandra and Lori walked me through the space and were always available to show it again if I needed, during the planning please.
