They are a joke, I live in one of there apartment that is full rate rentals. I pay $1,310 per month plus all utilities, I have had nothing but issues with this company. They constantly pull the site maintenance person leaving us with out anyone to repair stuff and when you call for the on-call person to fix an emergency issue they blow you off and if your lucky you’ll see someone in 3-5 days maybe. I think the state needs to take a look at this crooked company and maybe take away there tax brakes they receive.
CommonBond Communities really needs to do a better Bckground Check on it's employees. One of their employees by the name of Gina Collier was responsible for the death of a Veteran who O.D. on her watch while she was the manager of a Veterans Facility on Sander Drive in S.E. Minneapolis. She also has a very shady background and poor work history and record of causing trouble wherever she is employed at
this building only looks nice on the outside many greivances unanswered or put off
