Our experience with Crown Rental Properties was largely positive. The 3BR 2 3/4Bath home had a full basement in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The rent was very reasonable, especially considering the prime location near Cookeville. The online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests was user-friendly and efficient.
